Our Veterans are the ones who continue a life of service in the community long past their active duty days. Join the Healing Warriors Program for a dazzling evening celebrating our Veterans and supporting non-narcotic treatments for pain and Post Traumatic Stress and sleep disturbance. Your support as a donor, attendee or sponsor makes it possible to provide the over 19,000 treatments to Veterans and their families over the years. Come prepared for our famous, fast-paced homemade pie auction featuring these luscious pie favorites baked by former bakery owner (and our founder!) Ana Yelen.

We are thrilled to announce Jeremy Hubbard as our Celebrity Emcee for the Golden Ticket Gala

Before FOX31, he worked for ABC News in New York as an anchor and correspondent. He was co-anchor of ABC’s national early-morning newscasts, “World News Now” and “America This Morning,” and reported for “Good Morning America,” “World News with Diane Sawyer” and “Nightline,” traveling across the country and overseas to cover breaking news, severe weather, the economy and politics for the network.

Hubbard has reported from four different continents. His stories have also taken him to Afghanistan, the DMZ, North Korea, Japan and the Great Wall of China.

Hubbard is a 23-time Emmy award winner, including five Emmys for “Best Anchor.” He’s also a two-time winner of the “Best Anchor” award from the Colorado Broadcasters Association. He’s also been honored with a national Edward R. Murrow Award from the Radio and Television News Directors Association, and the national Sigma Delta Chi award from the Society of Professional Journalists. He has also won five regional Edward R. Murrow Awards.  In 2018, his coverage of veterans helped FOX31 win the prestigious “Celebration of Service to America” Award from the National Association of Broadcasters.

Hubbard likes to spend time volunteering in the community.  He serves on the Denver Metro Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, and the advisory board of Shimmering Wings, a non-profit that sends grieving children to Camp Erin, a summer camp to help cope with the loss of a parent, sibling or other close family member.  In addition, he volunteers his time working with Denver Rescue Mission, Attention Homes, The Greatest Generations Foundation, Junior Achievement and others.

He’s a fifth-generation Colorado native, born in Glenwood Springs (most of his family still resides on the Western Slope), and he also spent part of his childhood two-miles above sea level, in the mining town of Leadville (elevation 10,152 feet).  He’s

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What is the expected dress?

Cocktail attire

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Alcohol will be served at this event so adults only preferred.
Where do I park?

Parking is available in the Country Club parking lot, directly to the right of the venue.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, but please call 970-232-9037 to update your names to facilitate the check-in and bidding registrations.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not have to bring your printed ticket to the event.

Are the gala tickets transferable?

Yes, the tickets can be used by anyone, but any change in names to your original registration should be communicated to Healing Warriors Program to avoid any confusion at check-in and for Auction purposes.

What's the refund policy?

This is a charity event and we will not be able to provide refunds.  If you cannot attend, please let us know and we can donate your tickets to a Service Member.

COVID-19 Accommodations

Please adhere to current state mask requirements. For everyone’s comfort and enjoyment, this is what we will be doing for screening:

  2. Temperature Checks – we will be taking your temperature.  Those with a reading of 100.4° F or more will be sent home to take care of themselves and asked to contact their primary care physician.
  3. Pulse Oximetry Reading – we will be checking oxygen levels.  Those below 90 will be asked to contact their primary care physician.
  4. Hand washing/sanitizer – we will provide hand sanitizer stations.
  5. Take-home kits – we are providing each person with their own kit which will include face mask, hand sanitizer, and pens
  6. Food service will be plated and served by Country Club staff.
  7. Unless otherwise requested, tables will seat 6.
  8. We will have air cleaners running by the silent auction area.
  9. Limited tickets – we will ensure everyone’s comfort and distancing with limited capacity. 
  10. Disposable Bidding paddles will be used for the Auction to eliminate reuse.
